They listened to the construction reports of various parties such as Jinhua Wucheng District Urban and Rural Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang University of Technology Engineering Design Group Co., Ltd., and Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. on site, and had a detailed understanding of the construction progress, difficulties, and next steps of the project. The Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, the Municipal Government and other relevant personnel participated in this inspection.

Jin Zhongliang pointed out that as the competition venue for rowing, kayaking, roller skating, and BMX events at the 2022 Provincial Games, the design and construction of the Wucheng District Water Sports Center project truly realizes the concept of "ensuring the competition during the competition and serving the city after the competition", and is an urban complex required for the development of the entire Wucheng New District. He requested that relevant construction departments work together to focus on project development and construction, and upgrade the construction and development of Wucheng District.

The EPC general contracting project site for the Water Sports Center in Wucheng District, Jinhua City is located north of Second Ring West Road, east of Wucheng Bridge, and on the south bank of the Wujiang River in Wucheng New District. The total investment of the project is 600 million yuan, with a total construction area of 70846 square meters.
