In March, when grass grows and birds fly, and spring is full of vitality, we once again welcome the annual "Women's Day on March 8th". In order to enable all female employees of the group company to celebrate this beautiful and meaningful holiday together, to further promote the physical and mental health of female employees, enrich their cultural life, and strengthen communication and exchange among colleagues, on March 8, 2022, the labor union of Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. organized a special event called "Women's Day" for all female employees around the theme of "Blooming Women's Blossoms and Building a Happy Zicheng", celebrating the holiday of female compatriots in a unique way.
On the morning of March 8th, everyone arrived at the Shenrunzhai Garden Center and stepped into the green garden nursery, feeling instantly happy. After a brief visit to the garden nursery, everyone began to experience DIY succulent bonsai. The horticulture teacher first gave a brief introduction to the habits of succulent plants and provided DIY suggestions. After listening carefully to the teacher's explanation, everyone's creative enthusiasm was ignited. Wonderful creativity meets a beautiful mood. A few small succulent plants and a small flowerpot can create a small world. As time goes by, beautiful succulent bonsai are born in everyone's hands, and each bonsai is a reflection of everyone's creativity.
Stealing half a day of leisure. Stepping out of the busy schedule, embarking on a spring date that belongs to women, enjoying freedom in creation, and sharing life through communication, the beauty of life arrives as scheduled. The launch of this event not only allowed female employees to relax from busy work and family affairs, but also made all female employees deeply feel the care of the group company's labor union.
