The Water Sports Center project in Wucheng District, Jinhua City is located north of Rongguang International School on Second Ring West Road in Wucheng New District, east of Wucheng Bridge, and on the south bank of the Wujiang River. The total planned land area of the three major plots of this project is 63823.40 square meters. The total construction area of the project is 70846 square meters, including 9948 square meters of underground construction area and 60898 square meters of above ground construction area.

The above ground building consists of a rowing hall, a sports building, a roller skating hall, athlete dormitories, and a BMX sports field. The roller skating rink and athlete dormitories have an above ground construction area of 39385 square meters and an underground construction area of 2155 square meters; Rowing competition venue and sports building, with an above ground construction area of 19114 square meters and an underground construction area of 7793 square meters; The above ground building area of the BMX Yard Hall is 2399 square meters.

This project won the "Junma Award" in the third batch of government investment projects jointly released by the Communist Party of China's Wucheng District Committee and the People's Government of Wucheng District, Jinhua City. In addition, it also won the 2021 Jinhua City High Quality Engineering Project Quality Structure Award at or above the provincial level.

The Water Sports Center in Wucheng District, Jinhua City, as the competition venue for the 17th Zhejiang Provincial Games, has attracted the attention of the whole city of Jinhua and even the whole province of Zhejiang.
