On December 10, the delegation led by James Kimonyo, Ambassador of the Republic of Rwanda to China, Liu Zhigang, head of the Shanghai center of the China Africa Youth Federation, and Ji Yongmin, Secretary General of the China Africa Civil Society Chamber of Commerce, visited Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. The delegation, accompanied by Mr. Jiang Guohua, Chairman of the Group, made an in-depth investigation and exchange on the Group.

At the beginning of the symposium, Chairman Jiang Guohua first expressed a sincere welcome to Ambassador Kimonyo and his delegation, and comprehensively introduced the basic situation of Zicheng United Construction Group, as well as the latest progress of the group's wholly-owned subsidiary in related projects in Rwanda. Subsequently, he introduced to the ambassador the scholarship program jointly launched by the group company and Jiaxing University for Rwandan students studying in Jiaxing.

Ambassador Kimonyo expressed sincere gratitude for the warm reception of the Zicheng Joint Construction Group. He provided a detailed introduction to the business environment, investment policies, and preferential policies for foreign investors in Rwanda, and warmly invited everyone to invest and develop in Rwanda. Ambassador Kimonyo expressed his willingness to make every effort to facilitate cooperation between the two sides, actively assist in communication between Chinese enterprises and the local government of Rwanda, create a better business environment, and promote the sustainable development of enterprises. At the same time, the ambassador highly appreciates our company's scholarship program.

Senior executives of the group company, responsible persons of some relevant enterprises in Jiaxing City, and personnel from the International College of Jiaxing University participated in the discussion and exchange.
