On February 13, 2025, Zhou Chuxing, Director of the Jiaxing Municipal Advisory Committee, led a professional research team to visit Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. for an on-site inspection and in-depth research. The core focus of this research was on the current development status and strategic recommendations for the "going global" initiative of Jiaxing's construction enterprises, aiming to provide robust support for the internationalization of local construction firms.

During the symposium, Jiang Guohua, Chairman of Zicheng United Construction Group, first provided a comprehensive overview of the group's basic situation and detailed the latest progress of the group's overseas projects. Subsequently, Zhang Hao, Vice President of the group, delivered a special report on the business layout in Rwanda, analyzing in depth the challenges such as policy differences and cross-border fund management in the region, and proposed strategic recommendations in areas such as talent cultivation and market expansion based on these analyses.

Director Zhou Chuxing highly commended the achievements made by Zicheng United Construction Group on its path to internationalization. He believed that the successful experience of Zicheng United not only injected strong momentum into the group's own development but also provided a valuable demonstration effect for the "going global" of upstream and downstream enterprises in Jiaxing. Director Zhou stated that the Municipal Advisory Committee would carefully study the various suggestions put forward by the group and formulate special support policies based on actual conditions, aiming to help more Jiaxing enterprises smoothly "go global" and explore international markets.
