At 14:00 on April 17, 2025, the academic lecture hall of Jiaxing University Library witnessed a solemn yet vibrant atmosphere as the university's inaugural "Youth · World · Future" International Culture Month commenced grandly. Zhou Hongwei, Vice President of Jiaxing University, jointly attended the opening ceremony with a Kyrgyzstan health system delegation led by Dolonbaeva Gulsan, Deputy Director of the Clinical Hospital under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. Together, they inaugurated this significant event celebrating international cultural exchange and talent development.

During the ceremony, university representatives elaborated on the construction plan and strategic significance of the international students' internship and practice base.
