To keep pace with the times and enhance organizational efficiency, Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. specially invited Li Haijun – Special Researcher at the National Strategy Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Director of the Postdoctoral Program, holder of dual doctoral degrees, senior expert in the semiconductor industry at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Industry Research Institute, and author of monographs such as Insights into AIGC and The Power of Chips – to visit the Group Corporation on the afternoon of July 28th. He conducted a training session titled "Building High-Performance Organizations in the Generative AI Era: Achieving Intelligent Office Work, Operations, and Decision-Making."This training aimed to help employees master the core technologies and application scenarios of generative AI through accessible explanations and practical exercises, thereby driving the company's transformation towards intelligence and efficiency. The session attracted enthusiastic participation from numerous Group employees, sparking widespread interest and a desire to explore AI technology.

Professor Li Haijun began with theoretical explanations, clearly elucidating the basic principles, algorithmic models, and key technologies of generative AI. This allowed employees to understand its fundamentals, development history, and future trends, enhancing their overall awareness and comprehension. Subsequently, through a series of case studies tailored to the Group's actual operations, he demonstrated how to leverage generative AI tools to harness the capabilities of large models in retrieval & analysis, planning, learning & generation, and image creation. This showcased the powerful potential of generative AI tools in boosting work efficiency and quality.
