To further strengthen the workforce, enhance professional competence, improve work efficiency and innovation awareness, and better summarize work experiences, Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. held its 2023 Annual Staff Debriefing Session on the afternoon of December 22. Middle-level and higher-ranking personnel from various departments of the group company, middle-level and higher-ranking personnel from directly managed subsidiaries, and Class-1 Constructors of the group company participated in the debriefing presentations.

During the session, presenters objectively elaborated on their past work achievements, existing issues, as well as future work plans and goals. Through detailed data and insightful report analyses, they showcased their accomplishments over the past year. With a serious and sincere attitude, they analyzed and evaluated their strengths and weaknesses at work while outlining clear arrangements and plans for future tasks. They also expressed their determination and confidence in completing upcoming work assignments.

The debriefing session aimed to facilitate self-reflection, summarization, and evaluation through the 2023 work performance reports. It also provided all employees with a platform to showcase themselves and learn from one another. This annual event has fully mobilized everyone's work enthusiasm. Participants not only demonstrated their work achievements but also highlighted team cohesion and the spirit of unity and collaboration. As we look ahead to the new year, we expect everyone to uphold a positive work attitude, shoulder responsibilities proactively, confront challenges together, and achieve even greater accomplishments.
