To actively respond to and adapt to the Group Company's strategic transformation towards internationalization, and to further broaden talent horizons, the company launched the "Overseas Study Entrusted Training Program" in June 2024. The core objectives of this program are to cultivate and attract a group of outstanding young talents with international vision and competitiveness, enhance the overall quality of the company's workforce, while simultaneously fostering a global talent mindset and a concept of sustainable development.
Since the implementation of the program, the Group Company has placed high importance on it. Through a rigorous selection process, as of now, 5 outstanding students have been successfully selected and funded to pursue undergraduate and master's studies at two prestigious universities in the Philippines – Mapúa University and the University of the East. Their majors span various fields including Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Construction Engineering Management, building a reserve of key talent for the company's future diversified development.
The Group Company has demonstrated great sincerity and care by covering all study-related expenses for each student, including tuition fees, visa fees, application fees, and agency service fees, ensuring they can focus entirely on their studies. Furthermore, the company provides one round-trip airfare per year and a monthly living allowance of no less than 3,000 yuan, guaranteeing the students' worry-free study and life overseas and supporting them in successfully completing their academic programs.
Through the "Overseas Study Entrusted Training Program," the Group Company hopes that the students will fully absorb advanced knowledge and concepts abroad and achieve academic success. We look forward to these students returning to the company upon graduation, bringing their rich international experience and professional expertise to contribute to the development of the Group Company's international business, jointly propelling the Group Company to achieve even greater heights.
