Football for Joy, Football for Health!The "Zicheng United Construction Cup" 2023 Jiaxing Municipal Agencies Five-a-Side Football Tiered League kicked off passionately on the evening of May 28th. The league is hosted by the Working Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China for Agencies Directly Under It and the Jiaxing News Media Center (Media Group), with additional organization by the Jiaxing Municipal Agencies Directly Under It Trade Union Working Committee. It is undertaken by the Jiaxing Municipal Agencies 1+1 Football Team and Jiaxing Rongmei Culture Communication Co., Ltd. (Dujia), and co-organized by Jiaxing Hongxiang Sports Culture Communication Co., Ltd. and Jiaxing Football Association.

This agency football league aims to invigorate the sports and cultural life within government agencies, enhance the physical fitness of agency cadres and employees, and promote the broader development of national fitness activities. Building on last year’s 22 participating teams, this year’s competition has expanded to 28 teams, including new entries from Honghe Township and Wangdian Township agencies. The scale, influence, and professionalism of the event have been further elevated.

In the league’s opening match, the Zicheng United football team faced off against the Jiaxing Public Security football team. At the referee’s whistle, both teams quickly sprang into action. The players competed fiercely on the green pitch, showcasing passion, intensity, and relentless effort as they vividly captured the charm and thrill of football. Ultimately, Zicheng United triumphed with a 6-1 victory over Jiaxing Public Security. Both teams delivered a spectacular football feast, earning cheers from the audience.

Zicheng United Construction Group has sponsored the agency league for two consecutive years, supporting football enthusiasts from various units to "make friends through football."
