2、Excellent copywriting skills in the formulation and standardization management of enterprise standards for construction quality and safety, national and provincial-level research projects, national and provincial-level construction methodologies, etc. Possesses solid professional theoretical knowledge and rich management practical experience, with exceptional abilities to prepare, calculate, and review related professional construction organization designs and a series of specialized schemes;

Assigned to Overseas Companies (Africa, Southeast Asia, Central America, or the Middle East)

Salary and Benefits:Starting base salary of 250,000 RMB (salary points will be determined based on work experience, technical foundation, management and coordination abilities, and English proficiency, with participation in year-end performance evaluations, negotiable.)

Work Location:Assigned to Overseas Companies (Africa, Southeast Asia, Central America, or the Middle East)

Professional, professional Title, and Practice Requirements:

Majors related to Civil Engineering (primarily construction direction) and Power Engineering (such as Power Transmission and Distribution, Solar Photovoltaic Power Generation, Wind Power Generation, etc.); Possession of a Class 1 Constructor Certificate and Senior Engineer Title (preference given to those with Commonwealth professional qualifications); Preference given to those who have served as project construction management personnel for pioneering projects in the overseas host country.


Knowledge and Skills:

1. More than 3 years of overseas work experience (English-speaking environment);

2. Managed at least two complete construction engineering projects overseas (either in the capacity of the owner or contractor), with rich project management experience and abilities; 

3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (preference given to those with professional English listening and speaking abilities), able to fluently communicate and coordinate with local technicians and managers; 

4. Excellent team collaboration spirit and internal management abilities, capable of effectively coordinating resources in a cross-cultural environment; 

5. Willing to explore, possess an international perspective, able to adapt to complex international work environments, and actively promote the smooth development of projects.
