The China Construction Industry Association released the newly revised "Luban Prize" selection measures on June 18, 2025. Compared with the 2021 version, in addition to updating the award title to "China Construction Industry Association Luban Prize for China Construction Projects (National High-Quality Project)", 13 major clauses have been revised, primarily focusing on the award cycle and scale, scope of eligible projects, and selection procedures.
