On the morning of May 22, 2026, the School of International Education of Jiaxing University and Zicheng United Construction Group held a school-enterprise cooperation exchange meeting and a symposium on international students' career development. Jiang Guohua, Chairman of the Group, together with relevant company officials, gathered with 9 African international student representatives and 5 faculty representatives from Jiaxing University to discuss school-enterprise cooperation and talent development.

At the beginning of the symposium, Chairman Jiang Guohua introduced the company's development history, core businesses and international layout, as well as internship and employment support policies for international students. He extended a warm welcome to outstanding international graduates to join the enterprise.

During the exchange session, three young employees of the group shared their insights on cross-cultural communication and career growth based on their overseas work experience. International students raised questions concerning career development, language requirements and skill matching, which were answered thoroughly by corporate representatives amid enthusiastic interactions.

In her concluding remarks, Liu Yunchao, Vice Dean of the School of International Education, expressed gratitude to the enterprise for careful preparation and sincere sharing. She stated that the event helped international students gain deeper understanding of local Chinese enterprises, and laid a solid foundation for in-depth cooperation between the two sides in talent training and practical internships.
