On October 29th to 30th, 2022, the friends of Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. will travel light and take a bus to Deqing to participate in a two-day team building activity. This event aims to allow our colleagues to relax and adjust their work status in the embrace of nature, enhance the friendship between colleagues and the cohesion of the team. It also allows new and old employees to deepen their understanding of each other and better integrate into the Zicheng United Family.
After arriving at the Deqing Shenyuan Outdoor Camp by bus, the first activity of team building began. As the saying goes, one should prepare their own food and clothing, so everyone started cooking in groups. Each group has clear division of labor and orderly work, picking vegetables, making fires, washing vegetables, cutting vegetables, and cooking. The entire 'big kitchen' is bustling with activity. In no time, the fragrance overflowed and delicious dishes were presented one after another, tasting the fruits of their labor. Everyone had an indescribable sense of happiness and joy.
After a brief rest, colleagues began the competitive and team collaboration project under the guidance of the coach. At the beginning of the activity, everyone hugged together and strengthened their trust in each other while completing the warm-up.
Under the guidance of the coach, everyone embarked on more exciting activities. The team building and competitive games between groups, through carefully designed expansion projects and the experience of each game, have aroused everyone's strong interest and enthusiasm. The employees have fully demonstrated their teamwork spirit, are not afraid of difficulties, cooperate seamlessly, and excellently completed one activity task after another. It fully embodies the spirit of selfless dedication, unity and cooperation, mutual help and encouragement, and unleashing the passion of youth to the fullest.
Subsequently, everyone participated in projects such as "High altitude Bridge," "Tree House Adventure," "Archery," and "Live CS." The buddies showed off their skills and challenged themselves in the high altitude and forest, releasing stress and exercising their bodies.
The next day, everyone went to Xiazhu Lake National Wetland Park and Xinshi Ancient Town to enjoy the beauty of nature amidst the mountains and waters, and appreciate the purity and tranquility of this place in the millennium old town. Stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, get close to nature, and feel the fireworks of time and space traveling through the human world.
This team building activity has further stimulated the creativity, cohesion, and combat effectiveness of all employees, promoted the spirit of teamwork and joint progress, and encouraged all employees to strive to transform the spirit of team building activities into practical work abilities.
