On December 30, 2025, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Gongxiao Meili Intelligent Cloud Warehouse Project was held grandly at the Modern Logistics Park in Wangdian Town, Xiuzhou District. As one of the five key projects actively promoted by the Jiaxing Supply and Marketing Cooperatives System, the commencement of this project marks the official entry of the city’s cold chain logistics modernization into a new stage.

The groundbreaking ceremony received high attention from all parties. Representatives from relevant municipal and district functional departments, the Wangdian Town Government, the Airport Economic Demonstration Zone, Meili Group, the city and county supply and marketing cooperatives system, Jianong Group, and various participating units gathered at the site to witness this important moment and press the "accelerator button" for the project’s launch.

As the EPC general contractor for the project, Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. will fully leverage its technical expertise and management experience in the engineering construction field to ensure the high-quality advancement of the project. At the ceremony, Ma Xiupeng, President of the Group, stated that the company will consistently uphold the core philosophy of "accelerating progress, striving for quality, ensuring safety, and creating benefits." The project will undergo meticulous control throughout its entire implementation process, with every effort made to promote its early completion, operation, and effectiveness.

The Gongxiao Meili Intelligent Cloud Warehouse Project covers a total construction area of approximately 14,000 square meters, with a contract cost of about 68 million yuan and a total construction period of 480 calendar days.
