On January 22, 2026, Dusengiyumva Samuel, Mayor of Kigali, Republic of Rwanda, along with Dusabimana Fulgence, Deputy Mayor in charge of urbanization and infrastructure, and Muhirwa Solange Marie, Chief Urban Planner, visited our company's RAMBA HILLS EPC project for an inspection and discussion. Zhang Hao, General Manager of Zicheng United International Rwanda Co., Ltd., and other relevant responsible personnel warmly welcomed the mayor and his delegation.

The mayor and his delegation first went deep into the project construction site to conduct an on-site inspection of the project's progress. General Manager Zhang Hao provided them with a comprehensive introduction to the construction progress of the RAMBA HILLS EPC project and responded to Mayor Dusengiyumva Samuel's concerns regarding project timelines, quality control, and other aspects. Subsequently, the mayor and his delegation proceeded to a meeting room for discussions. Mayor Dusengiyumva Samuel affirmed the current project progress and construction quality. He provided solutions for difficulties encountered during the construction process and designated personnel to follow up and ensure implementation. General Manager Zhang Hao expressed sincere gratitude for the mayor's visit and conveyed the determination and confidence to fully commit to making the project a benchmark in Kigali's engineering construction field.

This inspection and exchange further enhanced communication and mutual trust between both parties. The project team will take this opportunity to persistently adhere to high-standard construction and refined management, aiming to develop this project into a demonstration project in the field of urban construction in Kigali.
