On May 18, Her Excellency Princess B. Dugba, Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources of the Republic of Sierra Leone, led a delegation to Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd. for a friendly visit and field inspection. The Group’s Chairman, Jiang Guohua, along with relevant company executives, warmly received the delegation.
During the inspection, the ministerial delegation visited key projects including Ruibang International Tower and the High-tech Smart Manufacturing Industrial Park, and spoke highly of the Group’s comprehensive strength and professional expertise in areas such as green and intelligent buildings and modern industrial park development.
In the afternoon, a symposium was held between the two sides. Chairman Jiang Guohua extended a warm welcome to the delegation and provided a detailed overview of the Group’s development history, core business operations, overseas market presence, and future strategic plans. The Minister expressed strong recognition of the Group’s overall capability, project management experience, and international development philosophy, and sincerely invited the Group to actively participate in Sierra Leone’s infrastructure development, expressing the hope for further deepened practical cooperation for mutual benefit and shared growth.
In a friendly and pragmatic atmosphere, the two sides reached broad consensus on future cooperation directions. Witnessed by the attending guests, they officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
This visit and the signing of the agreement mark a new solid step forward in Zicheng United’s international cooperation. Going forward, the Group will take this opportunity to actively engage in the Belt and Road Initiative, work hand in hand with the Sierra Leonean side to accelerate the implementation of cooperative projects, jointly write a new chapter of win-win cooperation, and contribute to deepening the friendly relations between China and Sierra Leone.
