On September 7, 2025, Qian Xiangming, Dean of the Jinhua Polytechnic-Musanze International College, visited the Ramba Hills EPC Project for inspection and exchange on behalf of the college and the "Luban Workshop" initiative.

Zicheng United International Engineering Rwanda Co., Ltd., as the EPC general contractor, along with the owner team from Ramba Real Estate Ltd., held discussions with the delegation.

During the meeting, the three parties engaged in in-depth discussions on topics such as teacher training, student internships, and Chinese language teaching for engineering programs. They reached consensus in professional fields including construction engineering, building electrical systems, and electrical automation. All parties agreed that, leveraging the industrial platform and demonstrative role of the Ramba Hills EPC Project, they should collaborate with Rwanda Polytechnic—a national-level higher vocational and technical education institution in Rwanda—to explore new models of education-industry integration and further promote vocational education cooperation between China and Africa.

This visit built upon previous achievements and injected new momentum into the implementation and expansion of the "Luban Workshop" initiative in Rwanda. Our company will continue to leverage our construction and technical expertise to actively support the realization of this cooperation and contribute to making Ramba Hills a exemplary regional comprehensive project.
