On November 6, 2025, the 2025 China-Africa TVET Cooperation Dialogue and China-Africa TVET Cooperation Consortium Annual Conference were grandly held in Jinhua, Zhejiang. This event served as an integral part of the 2025 China-Africa Economic Trade and Cultural Forum.During the conference, our group company, together with Jinhua University of Vocational Technology and the Rwanda Polytechnic, signed the agreement for the "Rwanda Engineering and Construction Workshop" project.

This project aims to establish a demonstration platform for China-Africa industry-education integration, based on serving the national Education Action Plan for the Belt and Road Initiative and the China-Rwanda Skills Enhancement Project. The three parties will focus on the joint cultivation of high-quality faculty and engineering technical talent, collaboratively building internship and employment bases to expand students' career development channels, and striving to explore and form a replicable and scalable model for China-Africa industry-education integration cooperation. Effective measures, including the development of teaching standards and bilingual curricula, platform and base construction, industry collaboration, and joint management mechanisms, will be implemented to ensure the successful execution and effectiveness of the "Rwanda Engineering and Construction Workshop" project.
Ma Xiupeng, President of Zicheng United Construction Group Co., Ltd., attended the meeting and signed the agreement on behalf of the group company.
