In order to actively respond to and adapt to the strategic transformation of the group's business towards internationalization, and further broaden the horizons of talents, the company launched the "Overseas Study Commissioned Training Program" in June 2024. The core goal of this plan is to cultivate and attract a group of outstanding young talents with international perspectives and competitiveness, enhance the overall quality of the company's employees, and create a global talent concept and sustainable development concept.
Since the implementation of the plan, the group company has attached great importance to it. After a strict selection process, up to now, 5 outstanding students have been successfully selected and sponsored to study at two well-known universities in the Philippines - Mapua University and University of the East - for undergraduate and master's degrees. These students' majors cover multiple fields including accounting, electrical engineering, civil engineering, architecture, and construction engineering management, providing key talents for the company's future diversified development.
The group company has shown great sincerity and care, bearing the tuition fees, visa fees, application fees, agency service fees, and other expenses for each international student during their study abroad period, ensuring that they can devote themselves wholeheartedly to their studies. In addition, the company also bears the cost of round-trip airfare once a year, as well as a monthly living allowance of no less than 3000 yuan, to ensure that international students have a worry free study and life abroad, and to help them successfully complete their studies.
The group company hopes to enable international students to fully absorb advanced knowledge and concepts and achieve success in their studies through the "Overseas Study Commissioned Training Program".
